The beef broth is the result of the slow cooking of beef bones and fresh vegetables over a traditional charcoal stove. Each serving comes with slices of smoked tender Wagyu Beef ribeye, Chinese noodles, bakchoy, slow braised mushrooms and served with a poached (onsen) egg on side. Enjoy the noodles dry, or with soup, by mixing the bone broth to the noodles.
